This T.I.P.S. (Training & Insights for Procurement Success) webinar provides a clear, practical overview of how small businesses can become certified as a CSB and successfully perform as a prime contractor under Maryland’s Small Business Reserve (SBR) and Small Business Preference (SBP) programs.

Approximately 30% of all open state-funded solicitations are designated for the SBR Program. Under the SBP Program, certified CSBs may receive a price preference of up to 5%, with additional preferences available for certified Veteran-Owned Small Business Enterprises (VSBE) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
